Minsk resident Irena Klevets has two children. The woman is charged with four criminal articles. Irena is a specialist of Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre. She was detained in the summer of 2022. According to human rights activists, the case of Minsk woman is connected with the “Black Book of Belarus,” which collected data on law enforcers.
