Belarusian Olga Britikova became famous in August 2020, when she literally cornered the law enforcers, who came to the factory “Naftan” to talk to the workers. At that time, the Naftan workers demanded an investigation into the violence of the law enforcers and a new presidential election.

Britikova was the head of Naftan’s petroleum products sales department. It depended on her how the company’s products would be sold. Olga was fired for her civic position and later arrested for 75 days for speaking out against the war in Ukraine. After these days, Olga was charged with criminal case for calling for seizure of power.
